A One Way Voyage........

I live life not the way I want it. I live life the way I decided. Decisions never always reflect what you want. Whether it's a mistake or not, it is the way God wanted it to be. Not known for now, but there is a reason, for I have died once, yet lived again. Be it fraught with upsets, at the end of the road, for as long as I can say "I have not harmed a soul", then it withstood the waves and the journey was perfect.-Falcon116

POOR PUGIE

Call it premonition....

A day after I posted "PUGS IN DARWIN" , I got an email from Claire, the pugalicious pug master, whom I haven't heard from for a while. She told me last Friday that her baby Matty survived a cancer scare over Christmas. She must've spent gazillions on Vet bills because Matty had to have a portion of his chest tissues and fats removed to take out a mast cell tumour. Oh...poor puggie..... I really hope he's fine, Claire. I hope he'll live a vvvveeerrrryyy long pug's life so he can teach Bella to swim.

Anyway, came Saturday, and I noticed my Ikki's eyes so teary. It got bad as the day went. His eyes were turning so cloudy and the whole iris just turned white. I panicked so I rang a round-the clock vet who gladly offered advise free of charge. She told me to take Ikki to an animal hospital ASAP. So we did first thing Sunday morning. Turned out he's got eye ulcer. So after a needle, a couple of drops and a couple of hundreds later, I am hoping he's gonna get better.

Ikki is recuperating but I need to take him back to the vet later today to determine whether it definitely is improving and that the medication is working. Otherwise, his eyes will be stitched up until it's fully healed...I hope it won't come to that though.

........So for all the sick puggies out there, get well little ones. The world won't be the same without you............

See how the left eye is so cloudy?
