What the freakin' hell is wrong with bloggers?

My Header's duplicated itself on the side, without the edited photo of my eyes....and I can't delete it!!!

I tried deleting the element on the side, it's not happening!

I tried to delete the text...the real header above got deleted too.

What is happening????
